How to use this screen:

1. Select your aircraft
2. Click the date box and pick your flight/return date
3. Enter the Ops Log Line Number
4. Enter Hobbs time (X.x)
5. Total of any fuel/oil reciepts
6. Enter other charges (Citabria Parachutes, etc) - Leave Zero otherwise.
7. Enter a simple description (IE: "2 chutes")
8. Click "Process Payment" - and you will be taken to PayPal to complete your transaction.

To pay membership fees - select "Current Membership" and today's date for "Flight Date".
Then click "Process Payment".

6. Other Charges	$	(Citabria Parachutes, etc.)
7. Description		(Reason/Description of other charges)

Rental Rate	$			Aircraft hourly rate.
Rental Total	$			Total due for flight time.
Subtotal	$			Minus any expenses paid.
Amount Due	$			Total including other Charges.
